Hi! I'm a designer specializing in event branding—specifically wedding pieces like invitations and day-of materials.
I'm looking for a virtual assistant who can help with some behind the scenes admin work. Taking care of scheduling blog posts, newsletters and social media posts, creating basic graphics on Canva, supporting the small team with basic research and sourcing of information, data, images, etc.
This will be someone who has the flexibility to check in on a daily basis (during the week) and help keep things running. The workload may not exceed a half hour on some days, and on others may be a couple hours, but I estimate between 2-5 hours a week for now, possibly more if things work out.
The ideal candidate is organized, creative and proactive, and wants to join a small and growing team on an ongoing basis—with the desire to get to know my business, line of work, and collaborate with others.
