Orders and Shipments

How long does shipping take?


Earrings will be shipped out within 20 business days of placing your order (business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays). As each item is handmade and made-to-order, production time of creating the piece is allocated within this timeframe. If you would like expedited processing and shipping, please select this option at checkout. If you placed your order and then are hoping for it to be expedited, please reach out and I'm happy to try to accomodate your request! Please note: USPS is very delayed due to COVID and staffing shortages, so please allow for additional shipping time if necessary!




How will I know if you've received my order?


Upon placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation sent directly to your email inbox. This will include your order number and receipt. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive another email with your tracking information!





Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?


Because each piece is handmade, I unfortunately am not able to accept returns or exchanges. However, if the pieces arrive broken or you are unsatisfied, please reach out and we will find a resolution!





Custom Orders and Collaborations

Do you create custom orders?


YES! I absolutely love creating custom orders. Whether it's a single pair of earrings that you want for a special occassion or a full set of earrings for your bridal party, I would absolutely like to work with you! Reach out to me directly so that we can work together!
